Background
Wyatt Oscar Williams, or Wowser as his nickname came to be in school. Was born to a a Texas Rancher who had a great deal of land on a very special part of Texas. Wyatts mother was a Peisinoe demon who wanted the land because it had an area that had an energy. Something about the area helped create perfect conditions for mating of her species. So her intentions were to seduce Wyatts father, marry him and get the land. Little did she know that the land worked so well that she had gotten pregnant with a half-breed Wyatt. Unfortunately she died during complications in childbirth. But Wyatt survived.
Wyatt took on some of his mother's traits and he was quite odd. Something about that energy had messed with the fetus. His mental abilities had been opened up because of this. The boy had shown signs early on of being gifted. He always seemed to know what people were thinking and people seemed to sway in his favor most of the time. He worked hard on his father's ranch but for some reason his size never seem to really bulk up like his father. He was slender most of his life but he worked hard. His life was relatively normal until puberty. The release of hormones into his body had released some further untapped potential. Wyatt's mental powers had increased and he was soon able to move things with his mind. His telepathy had moved to a whole new level and his influence on people increased. This was all fine and dandy but Wyatt had no control over it. His behavior was eradic and he was often throwing temper tantrums. He was prone to nasty headaches and was unable to control himself. With this lack of control as a teenager, Wyatt was exuding lust all the time. His hormones were completely out of check and he had no clue what was going on with him. Every time he got excited people around him were feeling the same. This of course took a turn for the worse when Wyatt was in school.
Wyatt could read the thoughts on peoples minds and feel there emotions. This of course was not good in a place filled with hormonal teenagers. The thoughts of sex spurned thoughts of sex in Wyatts mind and his emotional influence had spurned an all out orgy in one of his gym classes. Which did not go well for everyone involved. The lack of control was of course worst during the locker room sessions. He had accidentally fueled the wrong jocks emotions too much and ended up making him look like a fool in front of all of his friends. He took revenge on Wyatt after gym class. He was getting changed in the locker room, the jock came in and started to beat him up. He couldn't control himself he just lost it. During the course of the beat down Wyatt snapped and killed the with Jock his telekinesis. The psychic energy was enough to knock Wyatt out.
When Wyatt awoke he was in a medical facility somewhere. He had no clue where he was but the confused teenager was scared beyond belief. He didn't really remember what happened. He was hurt and felt woozy. The best way to describe it was that his brain was numb. He was sedated to stop him from using his powers. When the doctors and nurses came in none of them were allowed to speak to Wyatt. He was kept in this medical facility until he recovered from the injuries he substained from the fight. Afterwards he was transported to a locked room with some fun stuff in it for a teenager. He was then introduced to Dr. Jenkins. The Doc gave Wyatt a teddy bear and instantly he was in love with the good doctor. The man of his dreams. This hot Dr. who worked with people like Wyatt who had special gifts. Wyatt was tested for some time on his powers and he was kept happy. Time went by and Wyatt became happy in the facility that he was kept in. He didn't know anyone and Dr. Jenkins was extremely difficult to read. He had trained up willpower that Wyatt could not break through. Dr. Jenkins had been training Wyatt in how to use his powers. Wyatt was also taught martial arts in an attempt to teach him discipline for his mind. He was also given an outlet in the form of art. He would draw and paint for hours on end just to let his emotions run free. Wyatt was kept in the facility for years. He tested regularly and they thought they were pushing him to his fullest potential. Boy were they wrong.
Dr. Jenkins may have thought he had an iron clad willpower but even the strongest armor has a chink in it. Wyatt had found an opening in the Doctors defenses and was able to get information from him. He had caught glimpse that Wyatt was to be trained to become a weapon when he was old enough. This of course freaked Wyatt out. So he planned his escape.
Wyatt had stopped himself from taking his nightly sedative to knock down his psychic powers. He had influenced the nurse into feeling sorry for him and she opened up his door. He used his powers to walk right out the front door. When he did, the teen just ran. He had no where to go and where. It was just him and his teddy bear, T K. The 'pair' ran away from the facility and found himself on the run. He didn't know where to go and so just kept on the streets. Afraid that the government was going to find him. He stayed low profile. He finally just landed in Vegas where someone of his talents could hide and possibly survive. And that's what brought him to this fair city of Sin.
Personality
Wyatt is still rather a blank canvas. He spent 2 years of his life in a government facility. He had no friends. He had a crush on his Doctor and he sometimes got to play games with a living robot known as Maverick. He is on the run, he's afraid of being locked up again. Which makes him slightly paranoid. He has an unhealthy obsession with stuffed animals. His favorite is a bear named T K. He doesn't have money and is not opposed to stealing to survive and using his powers to get him ahead in life.
He has no desire to see his father anymore. He is afraid that if he tries his father will just sell him out to the Government again.
