Background
Tina James grew up as the only daughter of a biker gang member from a small town Texas. Her father a former marine and a member of average standing within the gang and her mother happily attached to him, the gang actuall a pack of werewolves gathered to keep each other under control and more often away from populated areas when the moon got too close to full, though the knowledge was not extended to Tina. Their income from less than legal means. Drugs, weapons, anything the gang was running at the time. From birth she was loved, a very pretty baby and constantly doted on as she grew up.
Tina's youth outside of school often spent roughhousing with boys belonging to other members of her father's gang. Her father teaching her some self defense in order to keep herself on top of things even as she grew from a adorably cute child into an attractive if diminutive young woman, her self defense lessons helping to keep unwanted advances from males away. Being a Texan girl and the daughter of a marine she was taught how to handle small firearms as well, the larger calibers consistently putting the eighty pound girl on her backside to everyone's amusement. The teenager taking up the guitar as a possible career, leaning easily into rock and roll once she hand her hands on an electric guitar, the girl also learning to play drums. For fitness the girl took up some dance lessons, developing some agility and grace to her movements but it was mostly just exercise to her. For the girl it was a decent life up until she was sixteen and it all came crashing down.
Her father's gang ran afoul of a rival gang. A deal had gone sour and violence ensued with her father among those of the gang surviving. Tina having been at the gang's compound to tell her father she just got her motorcycle license, already having a drivers licence the girl preferring two wheels to four. Walking into the aftermath one of the fight one of the rival gang members thought to be dead revealed himself as another werewolf shifting and attacking Tina the escape attempt. He got as far as taking a bite out of her neck and shoulder before a round from her father's gun knocked the wolf loose and several clips worth finished him off.
This of course meant that Tina herself was now a werewolf and with that came the subsequent knowledge of what she is what else is in the world and what they do to avoid having people try to put holes in them with silver. From then, the next two years Tina spent learning to control the wolf inside, spending a good lot the first year either chained up or under a dog pile of the elder more experienced members of the pack until she could learn to suppress the change with the next year spent learning to be in control of the wolf when she did change with eventually gaining control of when she changed and what she does when changed while often receiving beatings both physical and emotional in the process. When she reached a milestone in control however her pack members showered her in praise and would step in to protect her when she was not in a position do so so herself though once she gained control over the wolf she would often do the same for the younger members of the pack as was done with her.
Over the course of the training the girl realized her schooling had faltered and that she was quite thoroughly gay which made things awkward on occasion when some of the pack members got a little hormonal around her, it did make for some entertaining nights for the pack when she had to fight off some of the newer males with less of a handle on their instincts and more than a few times she herself was slapped down by a few of the other females. Being underage during her training she never got to pursue those instincts.
By the time she was done and her pack believed she was able to be leave her on her own they did so not long after her eighteenth birthday, dropping her at the Vegas city limits on their way back through to Texas where she plans to make as much of a life for herself and to keep herself out of too much mischief.
