Telekinesis

3 pt. per Level Quality

Only realize the truth. There is no spoon. A character with this Quality
has the ability to move things through the force of will alone. The
Telekinetic rolls their Willpower + Telekinesis. Each success level on the
roll becomes a point of Strength for the telekinetic effect. The character
can maintain this level of strength for a number of turns equal to the
character's Willpower. After this, another roll must be made, for another
interval of turns. Each roll beyond the first has a cumulative -2 penalty.

When whacking people with Telekinesis, damage is TK Strength x2 + relative SLs on the punch.
Attacks use Telekinesis + an appropriate skill to hit. Telekinetic 'punches'
are invisible and undodgable.
