Recurring Nightmares

Your character has horrible Nightmares that plague their thoughts,
causing restless sleep and fatigue. These can either be inflicted by staff,
or occur randomly on a roll of 1 on a 1d10 every night. On any night that a
character is affected by the nightmares, they suffer a -1 to all rolls the
following day due to exhaustion.

The random nightmare roll is coded into the system. Each night, the code
rolls a Nightmare Check for every character with the drawback. If it is a
hit, then the character will be @mailed to inform them that they had a
nightmare that night, and the -1 penalty will be automatically figured into
any +rolls made that day.
