3 pts. per level Quality
Drew Barrymore all over again. A character with this Quality can cause
something to burst into flames with nothing other than the power of their
mind. The character makes a Willpower + Pyrokinesis roll to use the power to
determine damage…each Success level does 1 pt. of damage per Willpower (so
someone with Willpower 5 who scores 3 Success levels does 15 pts.).
The amount of damage determines what can be ignited. Objects which are
highly flammable, such as gasoline-soaked rags, only need one to three points
of damage to catch on fire. Dry wood needs a little more; five to six points
will do it. Regular clothing and wooden furniture needs ten or more points,
and synthetic furniture and such needs twenty or more points to catch a-flame.
Using this power on a human inflicts damage and sets their clothing on fire.
Once something has caught on fire, it burns normally (see news damage).
