1 pt. Quality or 3 pt. Drawback
Your character has some kind of precognitive abilities. These are generally vague and unclear, and the character cannot control when they arrive…that seems to be up to the discretion of fate, or the Powers That Be. Getting these in the form of dreams is a 1 pt. Quality.
On the other hand, there's also the nastier, Doyle/Cordelia-esque version of the Visions. These generally only relate to danger and evil, and come in the form of nearly paralyzing flash-forwards of the event, causing crippling pain. Humans cannot bear these Visions for long; only those with demon blood can safely endure them.
