Variable Cost Drawback

As much as it sucks, your character has something about their body that
just plain doesn't work right. This isn't something simple like needing
glasses, this is usually something that gets you your very own handicapped
parking permit, if they let you drive at all in the first place.

The Drawback comes in a number of flavors, as listed below:

Blind (8 pts.) The character can't see anything. Perception and Notice rolls are needed to find a target in combat, and even then there is a -5 penalty to attack and defense rolls.
Missing/Crippled Arm/Hand (2 pts.) Just like it sounds. The character takes at least a 3 pt. penalty to any task requiring 2 hands. A prosthetic hand reduces cost to 1.
Missing/Crippled Leg/Foot (3 pts.) Just like it sounds. HTH combat is at -2 penalty, and speed is 1/3 normal. Prosthetics reduce penalty to 1, improve speed to 1/2 normal, and reduce cost to 2.
Missing/Crippled Arms (4 pts.) Character has no arms, and cannot use any tools normally.
Missing/Crippled Legs (4 pts.) AKA Paraplegic. Character is confined to a wheelchair.
Quadriplegic (8 pts.) Character is paralyzed from the neck down and needs aid for all everyday tasks.
