Phantom Shape

1, 4, or 8 pt. Quality

This Quality allows a Ghost to create visual manifestations in the
real world. At the 1 pt level, they can make a vague manifestation. Glowing
mist, a very blurry, vague humanoid outline. For 4 pts, they can appear as a
normal version of themselves, except for being translucent and obviously a
ghost. At the 8 pt level, they look entirely normal, but are still incorporeal
(meaning people will still walk through them, they can still go through walls,
etc).
