Okay. So you don't get along well with people. AT ALL. Someone with this
Drawback is pretty much completely a social outcast, lacking in any real kind
of social skills and generally persecuted and tormented by the people around
them…it's as if there's an invisible sign reading "Pick on Me!!". It
even has them so withdrawn that they don't tend to notice people around them;
they're trying too hard to not be noticed.

Someone with this Drawback suffers a -2 penalty to any social rolls. In
addition, because of their withdrawn nature, they take a -1 penalty to all
Notice rolls.

(NOTE: Misfit is a lesser version of this Drawback, lacking the Notice
penalty.)
