Variable Cost Quality

Tobin's Spirit Guide, the Book of Life, the Necronomicon…okay,
hopefully not that last. But your character for whatever reason has access to
books of real mystic lore. We're not talking the New Age section at Barnes
and Noble here, either…this is the real deal.

This Quality comes in several different levels, each with different
benefits:

Minimal (1 pt.)	Your character has a single book of magic. Still, it holds a few spells; between 11 and 20, determined randomly.
Good (2 pts)	Your character has several books, holding a collective 31-40 spells.
Impressive (3 pts)	Your character has a good collection, enough to give a +1 bonus to identify monsters, and holding up to 60 spells.
Amazing (5 pts)	Research rolls on monsters gain a +2 bonus, and virtually any number of spells can be contained within.
