Occult Investigator

Sort of like a Watcher, only without the tea, scones, or massive support
structure. An Occult Investigator makes it their business to go out there and
learn the things that Man Was Not Meant To Know. Sometimes they get a little
too caught up in their research, but in general, they're out there fighting
the good fight.

This Quality provides +1 to any two Mental Attributes of the character's
choosing, as well as +2 to the Occultism skill, and a +1 bonus on Fear Tests.
However, it also comes with a downside…when presented with the opportunity
to learn something supernatural, they must make a doubled Willpower roll with
a penalty of -1 to -5 to avoid pursuing it, even at great risk.
