Lois Lane or the Lone Gunmen, take your pick. But your character is
convinced that there's something out there beyond the pale; a secret truth
to the world. They're right, of course.

This Quality grants a +1 to both Intelligence and Perception (not to
exceed 6), +1 to the Notice Skill, and +1 to a skill related to their field.
They also receive Contacts 2 for free to represent their sources. Of course,
there's always a down side. In this case, it's that the character's curiosity
is a thing with its own life. Whenever the character tries to resist their
curiosity, even if it could be dangerous, they must make a doubled Willpower
roll.
