2 pts. per level Quality
After having witnessed a physical action, the character possesses the supernatural ability to replicate this pysical action (and only the physical portions). After someone in the scene performs an action successfully (failures, dodged punches, etc. are not successes), the Muscle Mimic rolls a Perception/Muscle Mimicry roll (this is not considered an action). The Mimic may then add the SL's from her Perc/Muscle Mimicry roll as a bonus to her own skill roll to mimic that single skill use in the same scene a number of times equal to her Mimicry level.
For example, Mimic and Slayer are fighting vampires in the cemetery. Mimic has 2 levels of Muscle Mimicry. Slayer successfully punches a vampire. Mimic rolls her Perception/Muscle Mimicry and gains 3 SL's. The Mimic can then roll her own skill with a +3 bonus (Dexterity/Kung Fu/+3) on her next two kung fu attacks. The Mimic may only "learn" one skill at a time.
Because this is only a movement mimicry of an action and not actual having the skill, the effect lasts only for the duration of the scene in question. This does not allow the Mimic to cast magic, do research, or perform any physical activity that also requires knowledge, such as picking a lock (which requires an understanding of locksmithing) or being a star quarterback (the mimic could kick or throw like one, but would not understand the rules of the game or know the plays).
