Sir, yes, sir! A character with this quality has spent some time serving
their country as a part of the Armed Forces. This is not a trait for former
Initiative commandos. Presently, we are not allowing any characters with ties
to the Initiative on the grid.

This quality provides +1 to any two Physical Attributes (not to exceed
6), as well as three levels of Hard to Kill, the player's choice of either Fast
Reaction Time or Situational Awareness.
