Variable Cost Quality or Drawback

Your character isn't just a lone practitioner of the mystical arts.
Instead, your character has an entire group of people that they can draw
upon. On the other hand, that might not be a GOOD thing, if the group has
some degree of control over the character…

The base cost of the group equals the cost of the Occult Library they
share. This is further modified as follows:

Members are required to aid one another when in need -1
Members share knowledge and teaching +1
Members will help each other cast difficult spells +1
Members must abide by code of honor (-cost of Honorable Drawback)
Members must abide by commands of leader -2
Members cannot leave the group without permission -1
Members must perform criminal or black magic acts -2
Group is exceptionally wealthy or wields political power +2
Members each gain skill levels +1 per skill level
Members gain Qualities or Drawbacks Cost of Quality or Drawback
