Knower of many skills, master of none of them. Your character can do a bunch of stuff, but has never bothered to get good at more than a couple of things, whether because they suffer from the 'ohh shiny' syndrome or just get bored easily.
Jacks of All Trades gain an extra number of skill points in CG, equal to their Intelligence (capped at 5). Further, the character can pick a number of skills equal to half their Willpower (rounded down), and those are their 'practiced' skills. Those are skills that they can raise up to 6. All other skills cannot be raised above 3. This Quality is only available to White Hat and Investigator character types.
