Impaired Sense

Some people (Hi, Giles!) are in need of sensory aids, or just
plain CAN'T get their senses up to a normal par, even -with- sensory aids.
(Partial or total deafness, or blindness, for example.)

This Drawback provides a -3 penalty to Perception rolls based on
that sense. In normal form, it gives 2 points as a Drawback. If it's
correctable, though (you have lousy eyes, but you can wear glasses),
you only get 1 pt. for it as a drawback.

Impaired Sense: Giles (Sight)

Chargen Note: When taking this drawback in chargen, you do not take 'Impaired Sense'. Instead, you take one of: Impaired Sight, Impaired Hearing, Impaired Taste, Impaired Touch, Impaired Smell.
