Hypnosis

5, 10, or 20 pt. Quality

Your character has the ability to cloud the minds of other people, or
just plain make with the Jedi mind trick. This power comes in three levels,
each of which has a higher cost, as follows:

5 pts By making eye contact, your character can cause someone to hesitate for a few minutes; long enough to attack someone without the ability to retaliate. The character and their target make an opposed doubled Willpower roll. If successful, the target has 0 Defense for 1 round.
10 pts Can make others see illusions. Requires opposed Willpower roll as above. If successful, the character can make themselves invisible to the target, or make themselves appear as someone else. Gives a +1 bonus to the 5 pt. ability.
20 pts Full-on Jedi Mind Trick. Opposed Willpower roll as above. If the target fails, they must obey the commands given. Commands that would endanger the target or go against their moral code give a +1 to +5 bonus to their resistance. Gives a +1 bonus to the 10 pt. level and a +2 bonus to the 5 pt. level.
