Variable Quality

Flight is an unusual power shared by several demon races and other supernatural creatures. It's not a common ability, but always spectacular when it makes an appearance. Flight is usually restricted to winged demons or supernaturally empowered beings. The basic level of this Quality costs 4 points and provides a flying speed of (Willpower + Constitution) x 2. Each additional level costs 2 pts and adds 10 mph to flying speed. This Quality is capped at 14 points, which provides an additional 50 mph to the base flying speed.
