Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than…nah, wait. Just
fast. And maybe not faster than a speeding bullet, but at least usually
faster than a speeding baddie. Someone with the Fast Reaction Time Quality
has great reflexes, and is usually able to react much faster than other
people in a fight.

This Quality provides +5 to Initiative rolls (and the code here
automatically takes that into account). It also provides a +1 bonus vs. Fear
tests.
