Characters with this power are able to control, sense and generate electricity. To use this power, roll Willpower/Electrokinesis levels. Attacks with this ability do damage equal to Success levels times the character's Willpower. For example, a character with Willpower 5 gets 3 Success Levels on their roll, they will do 15 points of electrical damage. Should the character manage to do 2x Willpower + Electrokinesis worth of damage, the damage is enough to cause burns and is considered fire damage rather than electrical, but will not actually ignite anything.
Beyond that, the character can sense electricity at a range of 10 yards per level of Electrokinesis. They are also able to shutdown electrical equipment with this power. Most equipment does not resist this, however machinery can be hardend against this type of attack and will be given a Strength ranging between 1 and 10. The staff/storyteller would roll Strength (doubled) for the hardend equipment vs the character's Willpower/Electrokinesis. A robot would resist with a Willpower (doubled) vs. the Willpower/Electrokinesis roll.
