Variable Drawback

Someone doesn't like you very much. In fact, it's entirely possible that
a whole lot of someones don't like you very much. WHY this is, is entirely up
to you. Maybe you've beat them up, maybe you're easy to torment. But the
Adversary rating reflects people who are either looking to kill you, or do
worse than kill you.

The cost varies on the nature of the enemy. Single people are worth
between 1 and 3 pts, depending on their power and abilities. Organizations
are usually between 2 and 6 pts, again depending on their power and
abilities. If in doubt on what a given Adversary would be worth, give staff a
yell.
